Entrepreneur Qualifications
- Should be IT friendly.
- Must believe in the Milagrow Values, Vision and Mission. They should have demonstrated these qualities in the past.
Financial Requirements
- The interested entrepreneurs must have well located premises.
- They should be willing to invest in a good training environment and promotion of the concept.
- The total investment not including the above two will be approximately 2lacs p.a.
- The 3 year partnership can also be availed at just 4lacs.
Experience and Other Skills
- Be Self employed in Business.
- Experience in training industry is an added advantage.
- The entrepreneurs must have sufficient knowledge of the market they operate in.
- They must have a good reputation and must be well networked with the important members of the MSME ecosystem.
Manpower Requirements
- 2 Trainers
- 1 Business development executive
- 1 Front office staff
Required Infrastructure
- A well located office with a minimum carpet area 750 sft.
- A well supported office in terms of IT hardware and software.
- Proper seating, discussion, training spaces for the office staff.
- A well made sign board
- The office must be done up as per Milagrow recommended layout.
