Profile Qualification  and Experience Qualities Job Description
Chief Mentor/Partner - Capacity Building MBA s with 10-15 years experience in Marketing and Operations.

Excellent communication skills

Excellent planning and organizing skills

Analytical and problem solving skills  

This is a Partner level position with Milagrow.

Enhance the ability to evaluate and address the crucial problems related to various aspects of the business, based on an understanding of environment potentials and limits and of needs perceived by the people.

Plan and implement sales and marketing activities for popularizing the Capacity Building seminars/workshops.

Customer retention and development.Manage, train and motivate direct reporting staff.

Manage relevant reporting of management and financial resources for Capacity building.

Select and manage external agencies.

Corporate Trainers

 

MBA- HR or Masters degree in Training, Organizational Design, Organizational Development or Organizational Psychology, Psychology, or a related subject,  with 7-10 years industry experience or experience in corporate training  

Graduate in any discipline with 12 years or more industry experience or experience in corporate training  

 

 

Excellent  Verbal and Written Communication Skills  

Excellent presentation skills  

Should have good corporate networking and interpersonal skills  

Analytical and problem solving skills are a must  

Customer service orientation  

Responsibility, Quality and high work standards  

 

 

Part time and full time trainers  

Design training courses and program necessary to meet training needs  

Design  of instructional material and delivery of specific training courses  

Creating pro active and responsive solution to business needs and ensuring continuous improvements  

Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training  

Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times
