Milagrow portal also offers premium benefits to registered users who choose to become premium members. The registered users are required to provide name, contact details and their website details(if any), as well as  size of the organisation the user works for, as mentioned in the ranged drop down box. Additionally, users may choose to register for one or more of the newsletters. They may also opt to update their newsletter preferences by logging into the portal.

In addition, the server also automatically records traffic details such as clicks made, geographical location and duration spent. Such records are used to improve the offerings to the users and are seen in aggregate. Such aggregated records may also be shared with advertisers.
