Welcome to Milagrow Portal, as represented by www.milagrow.in, www.wsme.in , events.milagrow.in and related sites ("Milagrow Portal" or “Portal”). The portal is an online property of Milagrow Business and Knowledge Solutions Pvt Limited (“Milagrow”) with its principal office located at 796, Phase V, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon, India 122016. We request that you review these Terms of Service("TOS"), which are intended to constitute a binding license agreement ("Agreement") that conditions your use of this site. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time at: http://www.milagrow.in/tos/. Our goal is to protect our rights in order to provide you with access to the content available at this site. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement after you have read it, please leave the site. If you remain on this site, or return thereafter, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

• Responsible conduct. You agree to act responsibly at this site and to treat other users with respect.

• Limited License/Copyright and Intellectual Property Law Restrictions. Except for public domain material, the content on the Service is protected by intellectual property laws, including appropriate copyright laws. You are hereby granted a non-exclusive license to use the material at this site ("Content") while connected to this site. Unless otherwise specified, the Service is intended for your personal use only. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way any material, including code and software, from the Service. You may download material from the Service and may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact. Except as expressly provided above, all rights are reserved. Changes to or deletion of author attribution or copyright notices are strictly prohibited. Commercial use of any of the Content is strictly prohibited. We reserve and assert the right to prosecute violators to the maximum extent possible. You may not display the portal in frames without our express written permission or use any other technique to represent or imply that the material content on the portal is owned by you. You may, however, establish ordinary links to the Portal without our written permission, provided that the link does not state or imply any sponsorship of your site by website(s) maintained under Milagrow Portal.

• Copyright and trademarks: Unless otherwise acknowledged, the intellectual property of the site are the properties of Milagrow, its affiliates and its associates. If a non Milagrow trademark is used on the portal to illustrate, such trademarks belong to their respective owners.

  Some of  the services/products on the portal are available on payment of charges. Milagrow reserves the right to revise the charges as and when necessary. 

• Links. We may provide links from the Portal to other sites as a convenience to our visitors. We have no control over linked sites and make no representations about any content or material available at these locations. Links are not intended to imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.

• Message Boards (forums). Although we do not have any obligation to monitor these services, or this self-published content, we reserve the right at all times to remove any information or materials that are unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane, indecent or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion and to disclose any information necessary to satisfy the law, regulation, or government request. We also reserve the right to permanently block any user who violates these TOS.

• Password sharing and piracy. Your account is intended for your sole use only. Numerous metrics are used to detect sharing of passwords and bandwidth abuse against our servers. You account and/or IP will automatically be disabled if it is detected to have been shared or are using up an unreasonable amount of bandwidth. This Portal is intended to be viewed online only. If a member's account is determined to be abusing the Portal, access to the Portal will automatically be terminated.

• DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THE Portal IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THERE IS NO WARRANTY THAT YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE Portal WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE; OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR RESULTS MAY BE OBTAINED BY USE OF THIS Portal. THE Portal IS MADE AVAILABLE ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR OTHERWISE, OTHER THAN THOSE WHICH ARE IMPLIED BY AND INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION, OR MODIFICATION UNDER THE LAWS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT. NEITHER WE NOR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY PROVIDING CONTENT VIA THIS PORTAL SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

• LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL MILAGROW BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (EVEN IF MILAGROW HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM ANY ASPECT OF YOUR USE OF THE Portal, WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF THE Portal, FROM INABILITY TO USE THE Portal, OR THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, MODIFICATION, ALTERATION, OR TERMINATION OF THE Portal. SUCH LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY REASON OF OTHER SERVICES OR PRODUCTS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH THE Portal OR ANY LINKS ON THE Portal, AS WELL AS BY REASON OF ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH THE Portal OR ANY LINKS ON THE Portal. THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In some jurisdictions, limitations of liability are not permitted. In such jurisdictions, some of the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.

• Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold Milagrow, its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, service providers, suppliers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post or make available through the Portal, your use of the Portal, your violation of the TOS, your breach of any of the representations and warranties herein, or your violation of any rights of another.

• Modifications/Termination. The terms of this agreement will not be modified on an individual basis. You agree that we may modify the terms of this Agreement (or discontinue the Portal) in our sole discretion, without advance notice, and that your right to access the Portal is the Portal on an ongoing basis with your compliance with the then-current version of these TOS. You should therefore visit this page frequently.

• General information. The TOS constitute the entire agreement between you and Milagrow and govern your use of the Portal, superceding any prior agreements between you and the Portal. The TOS and the relationship between you and the Portal shall be governed by the laws of India.
